Farewell...
as i stepped through the threshold, the jasmine-scented breeze greeted me...this sounds like tet... but it isn't. nic gave me a jasmine garland ytd during Farewell and it is currently hanging beside my front door. i just love the scent, not too overpowering to make you sneeze. but unfortunately, it reminds me of tet and susila.anyway, i want to talk abt farewell. the new leaders did a GREAT job!!! haha... the slideshow was REALLY funny, i was laughing non-stop throughout the whole time. but seriously, it was pretty obvious that you all were taking pics for farewell in the past few weeks. i like the movie posters too!!! the photoshop thing was damn cool...i bet i wouldn't be able to do it since i am such a comp idiot. i wonder who thought of this creative idea.andi would like to say a big THANK YOU to everyone, especially the new leaders for making the farewell so memorable and fun. haha... and tiara wants me to say "i love tiara cause she is the best and coolest junior ever", so here it is! (btw, the longest letter i got ytd was from tiara). i don't think anyway cried ytd, much to the disappointment of the juniors... haha... i just felt happy because it was so funny and nostalgic cos it is our last guide meeting together. having gone through 3 farewells, i never expected it to be my turn so soon. four years is like one-quarter of the 16 years i have lived. it just passed too quickly for comfort. it is not as if the sand in the hourglass sprinkled down faster because gravity decides to increase. (?) i suppose time does flies... as one gets older, the pace of life seems to get so hectic that time seems to pass by faster. random: i just hope that everyone in guides know how to tie their own scarves.
